As a seasoned (Senior) Account Executive specializing in Cloud Applications for the Public Sector in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in our sales organization.

The demand for business applications is surging, with growth rates exceeding 30% annually. Oracle seeks a proactive individual who is passionate about consultative selling and customer-centric solutions, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated (Senior) Sales Account Manager, focusing on the success and expansion of Oracle's customer relationships within the cloud domain.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating how Oracle's comprehensive cloud application suite can address current challenges while ensuring future readiness.
  • Collaborate with the broader Oracle team, including Customer Success Managers and Product teams, to enhance customer satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships at all levels within client organizations to facilitate advocacy and growth.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve monthly targets.
  • Stay informed about Oracle's SaaS cloud solutions and relevant industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Engage with Oracle's ecosystem, including consulting and support teams, to resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling SaaS or cloud solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and leverage insights for effective selling.
  • Ability to challenge conventional perspectives and articulate a compelling value proposition to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience in the Public Sector, with a deep understanding of industry requirements and challenges.
  • Passion for tracking digital trends and their implications for customers.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving organization with a dynamic leadership team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to travel as needed.
