Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for electrical maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electrical automation systems and control systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
