Position: Maintenance Team Leader - Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Metal

Company Overview: The Logistics Center is seeking a proficient individual to take on the role of Maintenance Team Leader. Become an integral part of Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team, focusing on the ongoing advancement and enhancement of our technologies and tools.

Core Responsibilities
  • Applying industry best practices to ensure equipment operates under stringent safety protocols
  • Assessing equipment functionality through regular inspections and proactive maintenance
  • Guiding and nurturing the technical team throughout operational shifts
  • Diagnosing issues to minimize downtime and facilitate efficient package handling
  • Participating in system enhancements and process standardization across the EU network
A Typical Day

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will manage the team during shifts, ensuring all tools are functional and processes adhere to standards. You will recommend and implement efficiency improvements throughout the EU network, utilizing systems like SCADA for process oversight.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed technical vocational training recognized by IHK or HWK

  • Familiarity with control systems and compliance standards
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
