About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and repair of our electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the highest levels of reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for maintenance activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated systems and maintenance software
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including SPS-based control systems
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
