About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Coordinator to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and deployment of our global compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conception and further development of the global compensation strategy
  • Ensuring the corresponding compensation and benefit structures for different countries
  • Further development of competitive, benchmark-based compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
  • Responsibility for the global annual remuneration round (bonus and base salary)

Requirements:

  • Completed business degree
  • Minimum seven years of professional experience in the area of compensation and benefits in an international matrix organisation
  • Familiarity with the conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures in a company of similar size
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoints skills, and solid experience with SAP / SuccessFactors
  • Mandatory requirement of high level of discretion and to keep certain information confidential
