Digital Solution Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Advisor to join our team in the Middle and Eastern European region. As a domain expert with extensive business process knowledge in Field Service Management, you will serve as a key advisor to our clients, providing expert advice on business outcomes and the value they gain from SAP Field Service Management.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer priorities and transformation strategies to shape the optimal solution
- Map product capabilities to business requirements
- Showcase SAP solutions addressing customers' specific business requirements
- Respond to RfX inquiries within set deadlines in cooperation with our global RfX center & other experts
- Involving partners into opportunities and backing them to sell effectively
- Generate digital content for business development campaigns and deliver webinars
- Create scalable digital content and best practices for consistent and efficient advisory services
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales/presales or in product expert roles such as product/solution management/product marketing
- Strong foundation of business processes and capabilities of SAP Field Service Management (or 3rd party solutions) or SAP Enterprise Asset Management
- Fluency in German and English is a must for advising our clients
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid grounding in SAP's solution portfolio, partners, markets, and competition
- Bachelor's or higher degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field, though degrees of equivalent experience are welcomed

We're on the hunt for talented individuals experienced supporting Line of Business "Digital Supply Chain (DSC)". DSC is focusing on cloud-based software solutions to optimize supply chains for our customers.
We're looking for individuals who thrive on frequent wins, revel in the diversity of challenges from a wide variety of customers, and are eager to employ technology and reusable assets to efficiently serve opportunities.
