About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our third-party logistics partners and ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our third-party logistics partners to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
  • Guide and advise our logistics partners on how to improve their operations and achieve business excellence.
  • Work closely with our regional managers to identify and execute value-creation opportunities and manage the logistics relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our logistics partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in operations, last mile, or account management, with a strong track record of analytical capability and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German.
  • Flexibility to work occasional non-standard working hours during peak periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proven experience of helping teams achieve goals.
