Senior Logistics Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Logistics Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support DSPs in onboarding and preparing for peak seasons
  • Identify and address workflow inefficiencies to improve performance
  • Collaborate with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance
  • Develop and implement process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Provide analytical insights and solutions to operational problems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in operations, last mile, or account management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours during peak periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements and project planning
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Proven experience in helping teams achieve goals
