Metadata Coordinator

Audible GmbH is seeking a skilled Coordinator, Catalog Operations to support various editorial and operational processes in Berlin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accurately entering, editing, and maintaining metadata, audio assets, and image art for all products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily metadata update and correction requests from providers, customers, and internal stakeholders via tickets or other sources.
- Enhance customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, and Contributor Authority.
- Monitor and act on regular reports to ensure timely audiobook releases across Amazon and Audible services with accurate and complete metadata.
- Envision, articulate, implement, and document streamlined processes and workflows to foster alignment across (inter)departmental teams.
You enjoy working with systems, processes, structured data, and literature in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in delivering accurate results and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio.
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
