Metadata Coordinator

Audible GmbH is seeking a skilled Coordinator, Catalog Operations to support various editorial and operational processes in publishing and updating Audible's catalog metadata.
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
About YouIn this position, you will work as part of a team that accurately enters, edits, and maintains metadata, audio assets, and image art for all products.
You will focus on the complete and accurate data entry of all product metadata, utilizing various tools to quickly and thoroughly research ad-hoc requests.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with systems, processes, and literature in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering accurate results, and have a passion for technology and media, specifically spoken word audio.
Key Responsibilities- Product Metadata Indexing and Copyediting: Enter, edit, proofread, and fact-check metadata records in our content management system prior to releasing a product to Audible marketplaces.
- Catalog Updates and Trouble Ticketing: Perform, process, and verify daily metadata update and correction requests received from providers, customers, and internal stakeholders via tickets or other sources.
- Process/Workflow Improvement & Documentation: Envision, articulate, implement, and document streamlined processes to foster alignment across departmental teams for maximized standardization across metadata-related workflows.
- Product Relationships and Affiliations: Support customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, or Contributor Authority.
- Table of Contents (ToC): Proofread table of content data for Audible products.
