Metadata Coordinator

Audible is a leading provider of spoken word audio content, and we're looking for a skilled Metadata Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, editing, and maintaining metadata for all products in our catalog. This includes utilizing various tools to research and enter metadata records, as well as ensuring that all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, edit, and proofread metadata records in our content management system
- Research and verify product information, including company identification, onsale date, distribution rights, availability, pricing, provider, royalty earner, title, descriptive copy, and taxonomy
- Process and verify daily metadata update and correction requests received from providers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Support customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships, such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, and Contributor Authority
- Proofread table of content data for Audible products
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using various tools and systems, including our content management system.
