Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager for France to lead the development of our e-commerce store in the French market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing the profit and loss (P&L) and budget, and driving targeted marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve market performance in France.
  • Manage the P&L and budget for the French market, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, optimize market performance, and localize social media content.
  • Oversee project development, analyze KPIs, and identify areas for improvement to drive business results.
  • Research and identify top player influencers in the beauty sector in the French market and evaluate their fit with our brand.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize market performance, document project status, and define clear goals.

Requirements

  • A degree or training in online marketing, business administration, business informatics, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • First years of experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of P&L, interpreting common KPIs, and deriving measures to control them.
  • Excellent French skills and knowledge of the French market. Fluent English skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and causes for changes in the figures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and 65,000€ to 85,000€ gross per year for a Senior position.
  • A permanent contract and coverage of costs for your BVG or Deutschland ticket.
