Country Manager Denmark

Flaconi is seeking a proactive Country Manager Denmark to play a key role in the launch and development of our Danish e-commerce store. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing KPIs, managing the P&L and budget, and driving targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to oversee project development, optimize market performance, and localize social media content.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
Manage the P&L and budget for the Danish market
Develop targeted marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with the Campaign and Commercial teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement e-commerce strategies
Optimize market performance and document project status
Research and identify top player influencers in the beauty sector and evaluate their fit with Flaconi
Adapt social media content for the Danish market and publish on relevant local platforms
Your Profile
Degree or training in online marketing, business administration, business informatics, e-commerce, or similar
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of P&L, interpreting common KPIs, and deriving measures to optimize them
Excellent Danish skills and knowledge of the Danish market. Fluent English skills
Analytical skills to identify trends and causes for changes in the figures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels
