We are seeking a highly skilled OT System Engineer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and fault analysis of the hazard management system in the OT network, including burglar alarm systems, alarm reception technology, video surveillance/video management systems.
  • Improving collaboration between IT and OT teams to unify cybersecurity strategies and security engineering.
  • Strategic leadership in the selection and use of partner companies in the OT area.
  • Ensuring compliance with and comprehensive documentation of cybersecurity regulations and standards in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Planning and implementing renovation and new construction projects, including feasibility studies and fault rectification.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in electrical systems and industrial software, including good knowledge of Winguard system.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, IT security, and network technologies.
  • Higher Degree in Electrical Engineering or IT or similar trainings and certifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, very good communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
