The focus is on creating a cohesive and standardized approach to Business Information Security across the organization, enabling secure and resilient solutions that meet customer expectations.
As a Senior Digital InfoSec Architect, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive information security architectures and technological solutions that prioritize security from the outset, facilitating a secure digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
Define and establish our digital business security architecture, focusing on Digital & Data capabilities, while developing security architecture documentation such as models, templates, standards, and procedures for project and operational use. Ensure that security architecture frameworks and standards are in sync with the overarching digital strategy of the business. Act as a trusted advisor and information security expert to IT partners and business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, functional area architects, and security specialists to ensure that security solutions are effectively integrated across all digital platforms and systems. Provide insights on security architecture for digital transformation strategies, reference architectures, long-term architecture planning, and investment strategies. Assist in aligning security governance with digital capabilities. Conduct research on emerging technologies, architectures, and security products to address the security needs of the digital enterprise, its clients, business partners, and vendors. Contribute to the formulation and upkeep of the information security strategy. Evaluate business impacts and vulnerabilities in light of new security threats and risks.Your Profile
Relevant educational background in Information Security (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) or equivalent experience. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, or SABSA are advantageous. Proven experience in developing security architecture artifacts and reference architectures for digital, data, and IoT platforms, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Experience in managing third-party service and technology providers throughout various lifecycle stages. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage business and technology leaders regarding digital security architecture. A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in communicating complex technical issues clearly and effectively to varied audiences, both verbally and in writing. Comprehensive knowledge of various digital application architectures and the supporting cloud infrastructures. Understanding of how emerging business and end-user technologies affect information security requirements and architecture. Ability to foster collaborative relationships beyond the IT function with various stakeholders. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:
