Your Role:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Global Industry Segment Manager Energy. In this position, you will:

  • Continuously refine and execute a sustainable global market strategy.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the energy sector and craft a tailored go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead a high-performing global team of Industry Segment Managers, both directly and indirectly.
  • Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration across departments and regions.
  • Drive compelling solutions and service offerings to achieve exceptional sales growth.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management to enhance in-house market share.
  • Ensure precise market and application-specific communication strategies.
  • Represent HARTING in relevant committees and organizations.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA).
  • Extensive professional experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Expertise in strategy development, budget planning, and business management.
  • Previous leadership experience with international teams, either directly or indirectly.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German.
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural collaboration.
  • A self-motivated, resilient, and hands-on approach.
