Your Role:
We are seeking a Global Industry Segment Manager for Energy to join our team in a permanent capacity. In this role, you will:

  • Continuously develop and execute a sustainable global market strategy.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the energy sector and create tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead a high-performing global team of Industry Segment Managers, both directly and indirectly.
  • Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration across departments and regions.
  • Drive a compelling solutions and services portfolio to achieve superior sales growth.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management to enhance in-house market share.
  • Ensure precise market and application-specific communication strategies.
  • Represent HARTING in relevant committees and organizations.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA).
  • Extensive professional experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Expertise in strategy formulation, budget management, and business oversight.
  • Previous leadership experience with international teams, either directly or indirectly.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German.
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural collaboration.
  • A self-motivated, resilient, and proactive approach.
