Safeguarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Specialist to join our team at Siegfried. As a key member of our safety and security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our chemical production facilities and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process safety management systems
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
- Develop and maintain safety documentation and records
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety or security role in a chemical production facility
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
