Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement

As a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives improvements across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of Cytiva and making a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive targeted, sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation (QDCI) through the effective use of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and change management processes.
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop a DBS Roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Provide formal and informal training and coaching on DBS tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate DBS training sessions and actively participate in Policy Deployment and Daily Management reviews.
- Ensure the successful execution of kaizen events, including planning, execution, and sustainment.
- Promote and facilitate the diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes, providing expert counsel on DBS tools to eliminate them.
- Develop associates in various DBS tools and kaizen leadership.
Requirements:
- BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective.
- Mastery of various DBS tools, including Lean and Growth-related tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives.
- Fluent in English and German.
