Cytiva is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the life sciences industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team in Dassel, Germany.

About the Role

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement will be responsible for driving targeted, sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation (QDCI) at our manufacturing site in Dassel. This will involve leveraging our DBS (Danaher Business System) tools, consulting skills, and change management process to achieve significant improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a DBS Roadmap for the Dassel site
  • Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to site leaders and associates
  • Facilitate DBS training sessions and lead PD and Daily Management reviews
  • Ensure successful kaizen events through planning, execution, and sustainment
  • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business
  • Provide expert counsel on DBS tools to eliminate wastes
  • Promote and facilitate associate development in DBS tools and kaizen leadership
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Mastery of DBS tools and change management process
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives
  • Fluent in English and German
