**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our global breeding stations network.

About the Job

As a Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing Lean Management and Six Sigma improvement projects to enhance organizational performance. You will work closely with our teams to adapt the active usage of process life-cycle management, develop compelling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement internal controls to manage risks and safeguard global business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Lean Management and Six Sigma improvement projects to generate sustainable results.
  • Support the function to adapt the active usage of process life-cycle management from discovery, mapping, performance management, and operations.
  • Develop compelling KPIs for global administrative functions and ensure effective process management through data-driven metrics.
  • Implement internal controls to manage risks and safeguard global business continuity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an operational or transactional function.
  • Applied expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Proficiency in dealing with difficult situations and demonstrated change and conflict management skills.
  • Capability to lead improvement projects and support Lean Management/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • LEAN SIX SIGMA certification (green belt or higher).
  • Proven experience with Value Stream Mapping and other Lean Management/Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement using common methods.
  • Professional experience with discovering, modeling, and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Management systems (BPMN 2.0).
  • Fluent in English and one other language (German is advantageous).
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented mentality combined with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Strategic thinking and a general management standpoint.
