Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement

About the Role

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team in Dassel, Germany. As a key member of our Manufacturing Site, you will be responsible for driving targeted, sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a DBS Roadmap in collaboration with Dassel company Leadership
  • Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to associates
  • Facilitate DBS training sessions and lead Policy Deployment and Daily Management reviews
  • Ensure successful kaizen events through planning, execution, and sustainment
  • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and provide expert counsel on DBS tools
  • Develop associates in various DBS tools and kaizen leadership
Requirements
  • BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experience
  • Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's point of view
  • Mastery of a variety of DBS tools
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives
  • Fluent in English and German
