Global Documentation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Documentation Manager to join our Service team at Nordex Group. The position will be responsible for managing the creation, maintenance, and distribution of all Service-related documentation across our global organization and also maintain the proposed document management system.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global documentation strategy for Service that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the creation, review, and approval of all Service-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service, Engineering, and Product Management, to gather information and ensure documentation meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage the distribution of documentation to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain a document management system that enables efficient storage, retrieval, and sharing of documentation.
  • Provide training and support to Service teams on the use of documentation and document management tools.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of Service documentation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation management.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with document management systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 and 13485.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German or Spanish is a plus.
