Join Our Team as a Service Technician (m/w/d) for Workshop Equipment

We are Hermann Hartje KG, a leading company in the automotive industry. Our company is part of the CARAT Group, which operates in the fields of bicycle and motorcycle parts, automotive and motorcycle parts, and sports and outdoor equipment.

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) for Workshop Equipment to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of workshop equipment, including heaving equipment, diagnostic tools, climate control systems, impact tools, and monorail systems. You will also be responsible for providing customer training and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of workshop equipment
  • Providing customer training and support
  • Maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Technical analysis and troubleshooting
  • Preparation and summarization of job reports
  • Technical support via phone and ensuring communication between customer and sales team

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector (automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or electronics technician)
  • Experience in a workshop environment and a passion for customer support
  • Structured, independent, and customer-oriented working style
  • Regional travel required (field service)
