Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Security Specialist at Securitas Deutschland. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our alarm response system.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers in the event of an alarm activation, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Alarm Monitoring: Monitor and respond to alarm signals from various sources, including security systems and emergency services.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and execute emergency responses, including dispatching security personnel and providing critical support to customers in need.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all security systems and procedures meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Education: Completion of a relevant training program or equivalent experience.
- Qualifications: Possession of a valid security license or certification, such as a NSL Fachkraft.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software, including security-related applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and emergency services personnel.
