Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) for Workshop Equipment to join our team at Hermann Hartje KG. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of workshop equipment, including customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure workshop equipment such as lifts, diagnostic tools, climate service units, wheel balancers, and tire changers, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Perform timely service and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct technical analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of issues related to workshop equipment, collaborating with our technical team as needed.
  • Prepare and summarize work documents, including technical reports and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical support over the phone and ensure effective communication between customers and our sales support team.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector, such as mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician.
  • Hands-on experience in workshops and a proven ability to provide excellent customer support on-site.
  • A structured, independent, and customer-oriented work approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Regional travel readiness required for field service.
