Security Specialist for Emergency and Service Center

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team at Securitas Deutschland. As a key member of our Emergency and Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers in emergency situations, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Alarm Monitoring: Independently monitor and respond to alarms from various security systems, including fire, intrusion, and panic alarms.
- Intervention Coordination: Coordinate the deployment of our intervention teams to respond to emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security systems, including video surveillance and access control systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all security services are delivered to the highest standards, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday/ Public Holidays, 12-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum training in accordance with § 34a of the GewO, preferably with a certification in security services.
- Criminal Record: Clean police record.
- Language Skills: Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer systems and software.
- Desirable Qualifications: Certified NSL security professional or experience in emergency and service centers.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
