About the Role

As a Commercial Brands Growth Manager at Buying Labs GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth and enhancing our market positioning. With your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power, you will leverage your expertise to expand our commercial brands category.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH B2B CLIENTS IN THE COMMERCIAL BRANDS SEGMENT
  • Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth and expand market share
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category
  • Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment presentation, trends, and brands
  • Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure seamless communication with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to ensure alignment with company goals
Your Profile
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a (B2B) customer network in the commercial industry, particularly related to wholesale, retail, and trading
  • A strong passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • An existing industry network is desirable
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • A degree in management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
