Global Commercial Brands Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Category Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Brands division in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and negotiation skills to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment
- Lead negotiations with national and international customers to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Closely exchange with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
Requirements
- Professional experience in international account/sales management, preferably with a B2B customer network in the commercial industry
- Strong passion for sales and business development, supplemented by expertise in the luxury sector
- Existing industry network and motivation to work independently and as part of a team
- Communicative personality, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build effective business relationships
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Relevant degree in management, business administration, or a related field
