We're looking for a skilled Brand Activation Lead to drive the evolution of our brand and create lasting, meaningful influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful brand activation strategies, focusing on events, partnerships, and samplings to build emotional connections with consumers.
  • Lead memorable and engaging live activations, ensuring all experiences resonate with consumers and set the brand apart from competitors.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with top-tier influencers, media, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and create authentic collaborations.
  • Continuously analyze the impact of brand activations and events, using data to refine strategies, maximize engagement, and drive results.
  • Closely coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment between offline activations and the overall brand strategy.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends, adjusting activation strategies to remain relevant and conducting research on local markets and consumer behavior.
  • Play a key role in expanding the brand's presence internationally, ensuring activations are culturally relevant and impactful for both current and future customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand activation or live marketing within fast-paced environments, preferably in sectors like FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
  • Expertise in developing emotionally engaging brand activations that resonate with consumers and drive both awareness and growth.
  • A strong track record of delivering impactful offline marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and experiential activations.
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and external partners to execute seamless activations.
  • A deep understanding of brand development with a focus on live experiences and creating differentiated, memorable moments.
  • Ability to identify and leverage cultural moments and market trends to ensure activations remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • A strong focus on ROI and performance, ensuring all activations are data-driven and contribute to long-term brand success.
