We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in the Business Applications department. As a key member of our SAP HCM team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for SAP applications in the HCM area, including add-ons and interfaces to subsystems.

You will work closely with our current 4-person SAP HCM team to shape the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA and play a key role in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape. Your experience in supporting SAP HCM modules PA, PT, PY or OM, including customising, will be invaluable in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for (partial) project management in a wide range of IT projects, particularly in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for SAP applications in the HCM area, including add-ons and interfaces to subsystems.
  • Work closely with the SAP HCM team to shape the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Play a key role in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Manage (partial) projects in a wide range of IT projects.
Requirements:
  • Many years of professional experience in supporting SAP HCM modules PA, PT, PY or OM, including customising.
  • Experience in (partial) project management of complex IT projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
