SAP HCM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant to join our team at Next Ventures. As a key member of our Business Applications department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for SAP applications in the HCM area, including add-ons and interfaces to subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and customization of SAP HCM modules PA, PT, PY, and OM
  • Collaborate with the SAP HCM team to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Participate in the conversion of the current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Provide project management support for complex IT projects

Requirements:

  • Many years of professional experience in supporting SAP HCM modules PA, PT, PY, or OM, including customizing
  • Experience in (partial) project management of complex IT projects
  • Fluent German and English language skills
