We are partnering with a global Manufacturing client to support their S/4HANA implementation. As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions for a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, and TM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and improvements.
  • Conduct system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless performance.
  • Manage projects and provide guidance to junior consultants within the team.
  • Train end users and develop documentation for system usage.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (TM).
  • Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project management and leading teams is highly advantageous.
