Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Strategist to join our team at DIS AG. As a key member of our Customer Channels and Digital Commerce team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and shaping the digital transformation of the BMW Financial Services business worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with product owners, international markets, and external suppliers to ensure requirements are met and digital products/channels are delivered on time.
  • Define and harmonize the digital customer journey across all markets and respective channels.
  • Manage stakeholder and community relationships in an international set-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer frontends or customer services with a passion for the fleet business and mobility sector.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in project management, agile methods and tools, UX/UI design, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
