Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Kanzlei in Düsseldorf. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung, die Verwaltung der Stammdaten und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal und externen Schnittstellen.
Das Aufgabengebiet- Monatliche Entgeltabrechnung aller Mitarbeitenden
- Verwaltung der Stammdaten und Personalakten
- Kommunikation mit dem Personal und externen Schnittstellen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Personal
- Erstes Knowhow in der Lohnbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse in der Implementierung eines Personalmanagementsystems
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse und DATEV Lodas
- Selbstständigkeit und Serviceorientierung, Struktur in der Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Home-Office- und Gleitzeit-Regelung
