Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at Picnic. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the monthly payroll cycle for Shoppers, Runners, and Central Teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, sick leave, and pension plans, while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Collaborate with the People team to coordinate and execute benefits, ensuring seamless integration with our HR systems.
- Develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, while training teams on payroll aspects of HR policies.
- Work closely with various business teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field, with specialist payroll certificates.
- Proven experience in payroll, payments, HR, or finance, with a strong understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
