Als Business Development Manager - B2B Konferenzen (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Überzeugung von Entscheidungsträgern von Weltmarktführern und Hidden Champions von unseren Live- und digitalen B2B-Konferenzen. Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Entscheider und berätst sie bei der Auswahl der passenden Veranstaltungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Überzeuge Entscheidungsträger von Weltmarktführern und Hidden Champions von unseren B2B-Konferenzen.
  • Entwickle maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Entscheider.
  • Identifiziere potenzielle Kunden und baue langfristige Beziehungen auf.
  • Leite den gesamten Engagement-Prozess von der Kontaktaufnahme über die Registrierung bis zur Teilnahme an unseren Events.
  • Betreue unsere Entscheider vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen.
Dein Profil

Um erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du folgende Qualifikationen mitbringen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in (u.a.) BWL, Kommunikation, Geisteswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fach.
  • Motivation, exzellente Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten sowie eine kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Begeisterung für aktiven telefonischen Vertrieb und Betreuung unserer Kunden auf verschiedenen Eventformaten.
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
