About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Business Group, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing business development, preparing monthly management reporting, and collaborating with various divisions and Group functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial models to support business development and strategic planning
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and the Group Management Board
- Collaborate with controllers, division management, and Group functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Conduct profitability and special analyses to inform business decisions
- Improve controlling and reporting processes, tools, and systems
- Support internal controlling and business group-wide projects
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or economics, or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of controlling experience, preferably in a headquarters environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office, with experience in Hyperion Financial Management an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel at home and abroad
