Financial Analyst, Transfer Pricing Specialist

Freudenberg Performance Materials Holding GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst, Transfer Pricing to join our team. As a key member of our Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our Transfer Pricing, Licensing and Central Services framework.
About the Role:As a Financial Analyst, Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for managing and refining our Transfer Pricing Strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adherence to global tax and legal standards. You will serve as the central point of contact for transfer pricing matters, supporting the Global Finance team, and driving projects that shape the financial landscape for FPM.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and continuous improvement of FPM's Transfer Pricing Strategy, including Services and Licenses.
- Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing tools for margin monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across the business group.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for Transfer Pricing and consult FPM entities to ensure compliance.
- Drive global Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment with local and global regulatory standards.
- Implement FPM wide Operational Transfer Pricing tool EXA and represent FPM Global Finance in group wide initiatives, roundtables and committees.
- Degree in Business Sciences or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative, independence, and motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Transfer Pricing strategy, documentation and compliance in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal and tax requirements, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic, global business context.
- Ability to lead and implement financial projects across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle HFM and other financial software used for data analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, German is a plus.
