About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Business Group, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing business development, preparing monthly management reporting, and collaborating with various divisions and Group functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports to senior management and the Group Management Board
  • Collaborate with division management and controllers to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Conduct profitability and special analyses to inform business decisions
  • Improve controlling and reporting processes, tools, and systems
  • Support internal controlling and business group-wide projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or economics, or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of controlling experience, preferably in a headquarters environment
  • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office, with experience in Hyperion Financial Management an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel at home and abroad
