Training Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Implementation

Key Responsibilities
As a Training Lead for SAP SuccessFactors implementation, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training activities that support the digitalization of people processes. This includes coordinating with process teams and SMEs to validate training activities and ensuring the timely completion of training objectives.
Training Scope and Objectives
You will establish release-specific training requirements and objectives, and determine the training scope. Additionally, you will use SAP Enable Now to develop, deliver, and update Business Process Materials and User Manuals.
Collaboration and Support
You will collaborate with the consulting team on all areas of course development, including training needs analysis, curriculum, materials development, technology, and reviews. You will also develop training materials as required and support the shaping of the Train the Trainer approach and training facilitation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and one year of HR, recruitment, or TA experience. You will also require 8+ years of training and adult learning experience, with two years of instructional training (SuccessFactors) experience highly preferred. A strong understanding of core SuccessFactors concepts and interface is also preferred.
Preferred Skills
SAP Enable now (or other platform like WalkMe) would be preferred, as well as previous work experience as a trainer with emphasis on training HR, business process, workflow, and technology instruction.
