Job Description

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to join our team at TÜV SÜD. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies to support the successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with process teams and subject matter experts to validate training requirements and objectives
  • Design and deliver training materials using SAP Enable Now
  • Coordinate and execute multi-year training project plans
  • Work closely with the consulting team to develop training needs analysis, curriculum, and materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of HR, recruitment, or TA experience
  • 8+ years of training and adult learning experience
  • Two years instructional training (SuccessFactors) experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of core SuccessFactors concepts and interface preferred
  • Previous work experience as a trainer with emphasis on training HR, business process, workflow, and technology instruction
  • SAP Enable now (or other platform like WalkMe) would be preferred
