Job Title: HR Consultant SAP SuccessFactors

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team at ATOSS Software AG. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR system SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to a state-of-the-art Employee Experience and Digital HR Work.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects aimed at innovatively and strategically advancing our digital HR process landscape to effectively support our business.
  • Continuous optimization and maintenance of the data model and HR processes depicted through SuccessFactors, particularly focusing on Employee Central.
  • Evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of Change Requests as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and providing support for regular reports and analyses through the SuccessFactors Report Center.
  • Closely collaborate with and support our colleagues in HR, Controlling, IT, and Payroll but also of the whole ATOSS organization.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for Incidents, Questions and Releases alongside another team member.

Requirements:

  • Finished degree in fields such as Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting or working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with certification in Employee Central.
  • Additional experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be desirable.
  • Strong affinity for systems and processes.
  • Quick grasp of concepts and understanding of organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in German and fluent in English.
