Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Training Lead for SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the digitalization of people processes. This includes the implementation of SuccessFactors and ensuring the timely completion of training objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish release-specific training requirements, training objectives, and determine training scope
  • Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and SMEs
  • Use SAP Enable Now in developing, delivering, and updating Business Process Materials and User Manuals
  • On-time execution of multi-year training project plan
  • Collaborate with consulting team on all areas of course development (training needs analysis, curriculum, materials development, technology, and reviews)
  • Develop training materials, as required
  • Support shaping of the Train the Trainer approach and training facilitation (where needed)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of HR, recruitment, or TA experience
  • 8+ years of training and adult learning experience
  • Two years instructional training (SuccessFactors) experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of core SuccessFactors concepts and interface preferred
  • Previous work experience as a trainer with emphasis on training HR, business process, workflow, and technology instruction
  • SAP Enable now (or other platform like WalkMe) would be preferred
