IT Technical Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst II to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal customers, ensuring that our local and regional IT services meet business expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to internal customers, troubleshooting tier 2 incidents and resolving customer, hardware, software, and general system problems.
- Work closely with the IT Service Assurance Manager Central to ensure that local and regional IT services meet business expectations.
- Assist with developing and delivering user training, documentation, and operational guidelines to ensure user understanding and operation.
- Assist with the service compliance of all IT and service assets, with a focus on end-user devices, desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets.
- Help implement local and regional procedures and guidelines defined at the EMEAI and Corporate level.
- Provide assistance with projects and work in conjunction with the service delivery team to complete regional projects.
- At least 2 years of IT experience.
- Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Dell experience.
- ITIL Framework knowledge or certification.
- Project Management skill.
- 2-5 years of experience in managing complex IT environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows client-based OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
