Job Title: IT Technical Analyst II

At The Sherwin-Williams Company, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch user support and ensuring that local and regional IT services meet business expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal customers, troubleshooting tier 2 incidents and resolving customer, hardware, software, and general system problems.
  • Assist with developing and delivering user training, documentation, and operational guidelines to ensure user understanding and operation.
  • Work closely with the IT Service Assurance Manager Central to ensure that local and regional IT services meet business expectations.
  • Implement local and regional procedures and guidelines defined at EMEAI and Corporate level, in collaboration with the EMEAI and Corporate IT headquarters.
  • Provide assistance with projects and work in conjunction with the service delivery team to complete regional projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of IT experience, with a strong background in Windows client-based OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Project Management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
