Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at ExOne. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory, with a focus on universities, research laboratories, and similar institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical and economic consulting to drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customization to customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, while documenting sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Background knowledge in 3D printing/additive manufacturing technology is desirable, but not required.
- Proven track record in sales promotion and target achievement.
- Strong prospecting skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
