About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our business processes and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring smooth implementation and effective communication
  • Collaborate with process owners to develop key performance indicators and reports to monitor process performance
  • Communicate progress, results, and initiatives to stakeholders, and integrate market trends strategically
Requirements
  • Degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Many years of professional experience in process optimization, business process management, and project management
  • Good expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Business fluent written and spoken German, with a very good command of English
