Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Restaurant Excellence Officer, der unsere Gastronomie-Unternehmung weiterentwickeln und verbessern möchte. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Prozesse optimieren, die Gästeerfahrung verbessern und die Profitabilität steigern.
Aufgaben- Koordination, Steuerung und Überwachung von Omnichannel-Projekten und -Prozessen zur Optimierung von Verfahrensweisen, Gästeerfahrung und Profitabilität
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Standards gemäß Konzernvorgaben
- Vorbereitung und Aussteuerung von Promotions auf Restaurant-Ebene
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Tests entsprechend Projektanforderungen und Aufbereitung von Feedback für die Stakeholder
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in relevanter Position, Gastronomie wünschenswert, idealerweise QSR
- Kenntnis von und Erfahrung mit operativen Prozessen
- Organisationstalent, strukturierte, selbständige, systematische Arbeitsweise bei hoher Dynamik
- Hands-on-Approach, Innovationskraft und die Fähigkeit, treffsicher zu analysieren
- Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Gästefokus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
