About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our business processes and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
  • Develop key figures and reports to monitor process performance and evaluate the impact of process changes
  • Communicate progress, results, and initiatives, monitor market trends, and integrate them strategically
  • Work closely with process owners to ensure the smooth implementation of processes and improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in process optimization, business process management, and project management
  • Good expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand complex processes and develop innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with working on strategic concepts, taking into account the company's overall strategy
  • Business fluent written and spoken German, with a very good command of English
